1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ExplainerVideo.io (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
ExplainerVideo.io turns a product or business brief into an explainer video, in animated, fully generative, mixed media, or whiteboard style. Output quality depends on the materials and information you supply.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
ExplainerVideo.io is offered on a monthly subscription plan. Your first explainer video is free; continued use is billed monthly at the rate shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the product details, brand assets, and other materials you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant ExplainerVideo.io a limited license to use, process, and store it solely to generate and deliver your video and operate the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit Your Content and that doing so does not infringe any third party's rights.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ExplainerVideo.io to submit content you don't have rights to, to generate misleading or fraudulent marketing material, or to interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
ExplainerVideo.io and its underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, you receive a license to use the videos generated for your business for marketing purposes.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExplainerVideo.io will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any impact on marketing performance or business outcomes.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ExplainerVideo.io is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date below and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
